Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is the event of the 2019 coronavirus disease spreading around the world. In English it is called Coronavirus Disease 2019, which is abbreviated as Covid 19. This disease is caused by a new type of coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2. The Covid-19 outbreak was first detected in Wuhan City, Hubei, China on December 31, 2019. and the Covid-19 outbreak was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, namely the WHO on March 11, 2020. Efforts to prevent the spread of the corona virus include travel restrictions, quarantine, imposition of a curfew, postponement and cancellation of events, and closing of facilities. With the prevention efforts as above, this pandemic has caused socioeconomic disturbances throughout the world, including Indonesia. In Bali, the impact of socioeconomic disturbances greatly affects the people, especially in the tourism sector because Bali's economy is centered on the tourism sector. The presence of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused many tourism activists to be laid off. Companies engaged in tourism are closed, as well as tourist attractions on the island of Bali, all of them are closed.
