The Covid-19 pandemic has paralyzed tourism activities in Bali, so Cepaka Village, Kediri, has become closed to international tourists but is still crowded with local people who like cycling, taking selfies and jogging (exercise) along the jogging tract of rice fields. Considering this interest, it occurred to the head of the Cepaka’s village to make this destination new economic benefits for the community during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The phenomena that exist in the potential of this village are; no party has been able to package these potentials so that they are economically useful for the community. The purpose of this partnership project is to package the potential of the village into a tourist village through synergy with local SMEs. The program implementation method is participatory and collaborative between the community supporting the tourism village and SMEs. The conclusion of this project is that the synergy and collaboration of SMEs in the packaging of the Cepaka tourist village is able to increase the participation and economy of local community.
