PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN PENGEMBANGAN TERHADAP KOMPENTENSI KARYAWAN SERTA DAMPAK YANG DITIMBULKAN TERHADAP KINERJA KOPERASI PASAR SRINADI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of recruitment variables, development, competence and performance of Srinadi cooperative market Klungkung. The samples used are those who have full authority in Srinadi cooperative market Klungkung management. The numbers of sample used are seventy people. The data were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) through SmartPLS 2.0 software. The result shows that there is direct negative and significant influence of recruitment variable to the employee’s competence. There is direct negative and insignificant influence of development variable to the employee’s competence and there is positive and significant influence of competence variable to the performance variable. Besides that, the influence which is shown by recruitment variable toward the performance shows that they have direct negative and insignificant influence. While in development variable toward performance, there is positive and insignificant influence. Indirect influence of recruitment to performance used employee mediation competence variable which shows that there is negative influence and happened on full mediation. This shows that competence is appropriate variable to mediate recruitment variable. While on development variable toward performance, there is negative effect and mediation doesn’t occur. This shows that employee’s competence is not appropriate mediation variable for development variable.
