Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that occur in Honda motorcycles in the
CV. NagaMas Mitra Utama Denpasar and to know the dominant factor in buying
Honda motorcycles. The analysis used is descriptive statistics to analyze the data
by looking at the characteristics of the respondents, test the quality of data for the
results of valid and reliable research, and factor analysis to reduce, summarize
from many variables in one or several factors. The reason that the population in
this study is all consumers who buy Honda motorcycles in CV. NagaMas Mitra
Utama Denpasar with a sample of 75 respondents. The result of this research is
the dominant factor to Honda motor. NagaMas Mitra Utama Denpasar with
strategic dealer location, renowned dealer name, motorcycle product has many
types and options, provides quality Honda products, purchases motorbike for
referrals from relatives / friends / family. The next factor is promotion factor,
service factor, price factor and individual factor. The implications of this research
are for CV management. NagaMas Mitra Utama Denpasar to better know what
the consumer of Honda motorcycles.
