Abstract
This study aims to determine whether or not the influence simultaneously (together)
or partially between leadership and communication on employee performance at
Dvaree Diva Kuta Bali. This research is also conducted to know which variable
has more dominant influence to employee performance at Dvaree Diva Kuta Bali.
The respondents of this research are employees of Dvaree Diva Kuta Bali,
amounting to 65 people. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression
analysis technique. T test is used to know the influence of independent variable to
partially bound variable and F test is used to know the significant influence of
independent variable to the dependent variable simultaneously (simultaneously).
The results of this study is known that leadership and communications together
have a significant effect on the performance of employees Dvaree Diva Kuta Bali.
It can be seen from the test result ttest leadership and communication variables
partially have a positive effect on employee performance, where leadership has
tcount (8,035)> ttable (1,670), communication has tcount (4,071)> ttable (1,670).
Furthermore Ftest test where Fcount 38,081> from value Ftabel 3,145 while the
most dominant variable have an effect on to employee performance is leadership
variable equal to 0,686> from communication variable 0,348.
